Digital Artist

This probably goes without saying, but before you get in touch about commissions, make sure that I'm the right artist for you - and that my commissions are open. My art and commission status can be found on any of my socials.

Read my commission information AND terms of service before reaching out to me for a commission. If you decide that you want to commission me, message me on any of my socials. By requesting a commission, you confirm that you are 18+ years old, and that you agree to the terms of service.

If you have any questions then I'm happy to talk via DMs! Bear in mind that due to my busy personal life, my responses to messages won't always be immediate (but will generally be within 2 or 3 days, usually much sooner). It's also quite likely that our time zones are different, so bear that in mind!

Payment Details-When the details of the commission are decided, you will send me your email address, which I will use to send you an invoice via Artistree. You don't need an Artistree account for this.-Artistree supports multiple payment options. I prefer to use Stripe, which allows you to pay directly via credit/debit card, Cashapp, Link, Google Pay etc. You don't need an account for this either.-If you are only able to pay via PayPal for whatever reason, then I will consider this an an option - but for various reasons, I strongly prefer Stripe!-Artistree charges a small platform fee to clients, in addition to the price of the commission. The amount varies by the price of the commission, and is usually fairly negligible - but I still try to set my own fees at a competitive rate to reduce the impact of this on you.-Refunds are not issued on account of buyer's remorse. Read my TOS for more details.

Rules:-I reserve the right to interpret your characters in my own style. Again, be sure that I'm the right artist for you before commissioning me!-Femme (female-presenting) or androgynous (gender-neutral) characters are preferred. Be aware that because of my style, any male character which I draw is likely to be presented in a more androgynous light!-Artistic nudity and sexual themes are allowed, but anything further is not. Ask if unsure.-Gore and excessive violence are also not allowed, but some blood is okay.-If you rush or otherwise harass me at any point during the process, you will be blacklisted.-

I Will Never Draw:-Art for private use (all art will be posted publically).-Characters belonging to another person, without prior approval of that person.-Fetish-related content-Feral / animal content-Minors-Otherwise harmful, offensive or discriminatory content.-Any other content which makes me uncomfortable for any reason.

Terms of Service for all art commissions via PortableOnions

For the purposes of this section, 'the artist' refers to me, PortableOnions.
'Commissioners' refers to all clients.

By applying for a commission by the artist, you confirm that you are a minimum of 18 years of age. Furthermore, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.-

1 - Completion of the Commission

-Commissioners are entitled to updates on the status of their commission whenever they desire (within reason).-Upon completion of the sketch stage of the commission, the artist will submit said sketch to the commissioner for approval. The artist will make edits to the commission (a reasonable number of times, as determined by the artist), until approval is reached.-Following this stage, the commissioner is only entitled to minor revisions to the commission. The artist retains the right to adjudicate which revisions are considered to be ‘minor.’-Commissions have no fixed time frame for completion. This is due to the highly varied degrees of detail required by differing commissions.-Following completion of the commission, the artist has no responsibility to entertain requests for further revisions to the piece. Requests for further revisions may be allowed or denied at the behest of the artist.-

2 - Payment

-The commission fee is variable as per the complexity of the piece requested by the commissioner.-Payment is not necessary (or recommended) until the artist is prepared to begin work on the commission.-Payments are currently only accepted via the artist's Artistree page.-If for any reason the artist is forced to terminate the commission before it is completed, the commissioner will receive a full refund from the artist. Refunds are not offered on account of buyer's remorse.-Commissioners are required to pay the full amount due before the artist begins work on the commission.-The artist may NOT increase or otherwise edit the commission fee following the initial payment, unless in such an instance that both the artist and the commissioner agree on a more appropriate fee.-

3 - Copyright and Terms of Use

-The completed commission is the intellectual property of the artist, and is protected by copyright as per UK law and international law. As such, the artist retains all rights to the completed commission, and may copy, distribute, display, merchandise, edit and adapt the commissioned piece as they see fit.-The commissioner may post the commissioned piece online, provided that proper credit is given to the artist.-The commissioner may NOT otherwise copy, distribute, display, merchandise, edit or adapt the commissioned piece, or utilize the commissioned piece for anything other than personal use, without prior consent from the artist.-The commissioner may not claim the commissioned piece as their own work.-
